In consideration for your accepting this membership application, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release the Anne Arundel County Tennis Association and its officers, board members, tournament directors and assistants from any and all rights for claims for injuries suffered by me or any member of my family while at or traveling to and from and AACTA sponsored events.
