Fee is $25.00 per singles event and $15.00 per person per doubles event. USTA will charge $3 per event entered. 2nd singles event is $12 and 2nd doubles event is $7 per player. $20 aacta yearly membership is required. Award glasses will be awarded to the 1st and 2nd place
finishers per draw. 1st place winners will receive on-line gift certificate to
Holabird as follows:
Men and Women Open Singles winners - $100 Men, Women and Mixed Open Doubles winners - $50 per player All other event winners - $25 per player |

FORMAT:
|
All regular events are best 2 of 3 sets. A 12-point tiebreaker is used when the score reaches 6-all. New balls will be furnished for each match. The tournament does not provide new balls for third set. Players must be available to play at the scheduled time. A 20-minute default rule will be used. Draw and tournament will follow USTA rules and guidelines. USTA 10-point 3rd set tiebreaker may be used at tournament directors' discretion if wet weather reduces the number of playable courts. |

PLAYING TIMES:
|
During the tournament players are responsible for learning the time of next match, playing times will be posted on the www.aacta.com web site. Players entered in doubles MUST inform their partners of match times; the tournament will not be responsible for notifying both members of doubles teams. First Sunday matches will start at noon. Weekday matches will not start before 5:30 PM. |

DIRECTIONS TO COURTS:
|
From Route 50, Exit 22 onto 665 (Aris T Allen Blvd). Stay in left lane. Road changes to “Forest Drive”. Left at light on Hilltop Ln. Left at 2nd Light onto Primrose Rd. Tennis Courts are on the left. |

SCHEDULING:
|
Players entering two events must be available to play every day. |
|
SCHEDULE PROBLEMS:
|
Please note any scheduling problems that you have. The Tournament will try to honor REASONABLE scheduling requests made PRIOR TO THE DRAW. Depending on the size of the draws and possible inclement weather, the Tournament CANNOT GUARANTEE that such requests will be honored. |
|
MATCHES PER DAY:
|
Players who enter 2 or more events should be prepared to play at least two (2) matches per day. Depending on rain postponements and the size of the draws, it is possible that two rounds would be played on the same day. The Tournament will try to avoid more than one match per day per event. |
|
ENVIRONMENT:
|
Players are requested to help keep Truxtun Park beautiful by removing litter (tennis ball cans, lids, covers, etc.) from courts. |

CONSOLATION DRAWS:
|
Five consolation draws will be created - Men Singles, Women Singles, Men Doubles, Women Doubles, Mixed Doubles. Players must request at the tournament desk to be entered in the consolation draws. Players are responsible for getting their start times from tournament representatives. Schedule for the consolation draws will be posted. |
